Amazon’s goal is to fundamentally reduce packaging materials while still providing adequate protection. A minimum of material, therefore, without compromising on functionality or protection. Amazon has developed a programme for this purpose: the Frustration Free Packaging (FFP) programme. Among other things, this means that the packaging does not require any extra shipping preparation or an extra box-to-box.

We expect that the Amazon standard, based on ISTA 6, will become the new standard in the packaging market.
